We were planning to attend a recruitment and selection training program until I talked to Mark. He suggested a module that was to build a behavioral profile based on our existing successful salespeople. Using this model, we developed several interview guides that objectively identified and measured these behaviors in prospective candidates. Working with MKP Inspired and utilizing their recruitment experience and behavioral analysis knowledge, we have built a recruitment and selection system that continues to deliver successful results for us today.
